DELIVERY POLICY
Order delivery
Orders are delivered by different shipping companies within 24-72 hours, provided that the products are in stock and except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In these cases, the orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first working day after the day of the order.
For payments made by credit card, the shipment is handled by Zeleris.
It should be noted that the indicated deadlines are calculated in working days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
For shipments to mainland Spain.
a) Shipments equal to or above 60 Euros have free shipping.
b) Shipments below or equal to 60 Euros have shipping costs according to the courier's price.
In shipments to the Canary Islands, unlike shipments to the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain, VAT is not included in the final price of the product, however, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving their order, as in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the Canarian General Indirect Tax. Likewise, we are not responsible for possible variations made by customs without prior notice.
The orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Thus, ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made due to the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate, or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the shipping company or postal service assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. Shipments to post office boxes are not made.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA must take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made at the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, so no responsibility can be attributed to ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA
Precio y plazo de validez de la oferta
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT), although they do not include other applicable taxes and, in any case, they will be expressed in Euro (€). Such expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The customer assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real-time. In any case, this will always be communicated to users in advance.
For payments made to ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA, an invoice can be requested. It will be sent by email after verifying the registration data and requesting any new data that may be necessary.
For any information about the order, the user will have the customer service telephone of ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA, which is 952606533 or via email through the Customer Service section. In any case, the order number assigned and indicated in the purchase confirmation email must be indicated in the subject of the message or to our customer service department.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The user will have a period of 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the costs related to the shipping will be assumed by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Due to health and hygiene conditions, no product will be accepted for return once its plastic cover has been removed or opened.
Likewise, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized products or to those that, for reasons of hygiene or other legally contemplated exceptions, are not susceptible to this right.
Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all of the above conditions are met, ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA will accept the return of the product and will proceed to reimburse its amount according to the payment method made, and/or, if applicable, to send the new product:
• If the user made the payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 30 days from our receipt of the replacement or return product. Please note that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
Please note that we do not accept shipments due on delivery.
All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. Customers of ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA benefit from the warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of the items. The nutritional supplements shown on nexxusnutrition.com are not intended to replace a balanced and varied diet, but are presented for the purpose of supplementing a healthy diet.
Limitation of liability
It is the responsibility of the user to consume the products that ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA distributes correctly and appropriately.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation insofar as they are not expressly established. ARLES BIOCOSMETICS ESPAÑA and the user, whenever the current legislation allows it, agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products covered by these conditions, expressly waiving any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Malaga (Spain).
